• 2+ years of experience in healthcare billing, collections, revenue cycle, or administrative support.
• 1+ years of experience working with patient accounts, insurance verification, or reimbursement processes.
• 1+ years of experience using Microsoft Office or similar systems for documentation and reporting.
• Proven solid organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process billing, collections, and reimbursement activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with payor requirements.
• Review and maintain patient account information, resolving discrepancies and supporting timely claim processing.
• Communicate with internal teams, payors, and stakeholders to address account issues and support revenue cycle activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records in accordance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Support business office processes through reporting, workflow management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
