About This Admissions, Registered Nurse (RN) Position
HopeHealth is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) who is passionate about end-of-life care and an advocate for the seriously ill to provide hospice services to patients in their homes and long-term care facilities.
As a Hospice Admission RN, you will provide skilled assessments to determine patient eligibility for hospice services and complete admissions for eligible patients.
This is a part-time 32 hour a week position, working 1:00pm-9:30pm shifts rotating weekend commitment is every 4 th .
