Job summary

Halcyon Home LLC in Austin, TX is seeking a compassionate Hospice Registered Nurse PRN to provide patient-centered home health care. This part-time role emphasizes excellent communication, compassion, and delivering high-quality visits to seniors in their homes.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.

• Knowledge or experience utilizing Homecare Homebase EMR would be a plus
• Experience in hospice or related healthcare setting preferred
• Strong clinical and assessment skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
