Compassus is currently seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager to provide compassionate, patient‑centered care in a home or facility setting. You will partner with families, coordinate care plans, and support end‑of‑life comfort and dignity while working within a collaborative care team.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state you work
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse, hospice experience preferred
• Current driver’s license
• Current CPR and BCLS certification
