Job summary

Compassus in Des Moines, Iowa is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager to join our team delivering compassionate, in-home hospice care. You’ll coordinate patient care, support families, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comfort, dignity, and quality of life.

The role requires an active RN license in the state, at least two years of nursing experience (hospice preferred), a valid driver's license, and CPR/BCLS certification.
