CorsoCare Hospice is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide compassionate home hospice care in the West Cleveland area. You will assess patient needs, administer care, and support families throughout the care journey.
The RN will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comfort, dignity, and quality of life for patients at the end of life, while adhering to HIPAA and agency policies.

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides nursing care to the terminally ill Hospice patient as needed. To aid and understanding to the family in the home care situation and in time of bereavement, and to work as a member of the Hospice team in providing Hospice care.
This position entails standing for long periods of time. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to communicate effectively with others, sit, stand, walk and use hands to handle keyboard, telephone, paper, files, and other equipment and objects. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms. This position requires the ability to review detailed documents and read computer screens. The employee will occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The work environment requires appropriate interaction with others. The noise level in the work environment is moderate. Occasional travel to different locations may be required.
