Job summary

Compassus is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager to enable patients to spend meaningful time with loved ones. You will build trusting, compassionate relationships with patients and families, and empower caregivers through education on care.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state you work
• Minimum two years of registered nurse experience; hospice experience preferred
• Current CPR and BCLS certifications
