Job summary

Residential Home Health and Residential Hospice in Marion, IL is seeking a Home Health Sales Consultant to partner with field staff and leaders to grow referrals and ensure access to high-quality patient care.

You will maintain relationships with referral sources, actively prospect for new sources, and collaborate with Marketing, Agency Administrator, and Clinical Management to balance demand with capacity while complying with applicable laws.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of healthcare marketing experience.
• Understanding of federal and state laws pertaining to marketing of home care/hospice.
• Associate degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with all existing referral sources.
• Actively prospect for new referral sources based on the Agency’s scope of service.
• Establish and maintain positive working relationships with current and potential referral and payer sources and field staff.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Agency Administrator, and Clinical Management to ensure that demand for clinical care aligns with capacity without compromising quality of care.
