SouthernCare, a Gentiva company, is seeking a Hospice Patient Care RN Manager to lead our compassionate clinical team in Tuscaloosa, AL. This role oversees interdisciplinary hospice care, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered services for individuals with life-limiting illnesses.

The RN Manager supervises RNs and care staff, coordinates care plans, monitors clinical quality and compliance, and supports patients’ families through education and advocacy.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Alabama or eligibility for licensure.
• Minimum 3–5 years of hospice/palliative care leadership preferred.
• Strong communication and education skills for patients and families.
