Qualifications

• Eligible for Board Certification within five years of completing an accredited residency program.
• MD or DO required.
• Proficient in EPIC EMR usage is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Inpatient Hospice/Home Hospice/Palliative Care responsibility.
• High volume program expansion across all six Sparrow hospitals.
• Rotating call schedule; M-F, 8am-5pm.
• EPIC EMR documentation and coordination with Hospice care teams.
