Job summary

Parkview Health in Fort Wayne, IN seeks a Board Eligible or Board Certified Hospice and Palliative Care Physician to join a well-established team. Full-time, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. with no nights, caring for patients at Parkview Randallia, Parkview Regional Medical Center, and extended care facilities.

Call 1:6, highly collaborative team across the Fort Wayne region. Opportunity to engage in teaching and research alongside residents, with supportive hospice and home health services.

Qualifications

• Board certification in Hospice and Palliative Medicine preferred.
• Experience delivering inpatient and outpatient hospice/palliative care.
• Strong collaboration with multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient and outpatient hospice/palliative care.
• Collaborate with hospice and palliative care teams across Parkview facilities.
• Engage in teaching and research activities with residents.
