Qualifications

• Must have an associate degree in a health related field and two years' as a manager or supervisor.
• Must not have been employed in the last year as an administrator with another operation at the time any enforcement action was taken against the business; further described in the company compliance policies.
• Must have intermediate technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.

Responsibilities

• Lead local provider(s) to deliver quality home health and hospice services to the community.
• Ensure daily operations are executed effectively and efficiently.
• Manage operations, services, personnel performance, and office management.
