Care Initiatives Hospice is seeking a compassionate RN to join our team as a Hospice Nurse - RN - 7D on/7D off. You will provide comprehensive, patient-centered care across home, long-term care, assisted living, or hospital settings, with focus on comfort, dignity, and family support.

This full-time role requires an RN license with at least two years of clinical nursing experience and CPR certification. Shifts are nights (4:30 PM–8:00 AM) with on-call on weekends, plus opportunities to educate

What you’d do as the Hospice Nurse - RN - 7D on/7D off

• This is a full-time role that is 7 days on and 7 days off. This position takes calls from 4:30 P.M until 8:00 A.M. each night as well as taking calls through the weekend. Some scheduled visits may also be assigned.
• Support patients and families in the time of their greatest need and respond to emergent needs on weekends, evenings and overnight.
• Assist the caregivers and patients, provide meds available and offer teaching to ensure comfort for pain, breathlessness, dying/transitioning or support at the time of death with compassion, integrity, respect, and dignity in all our interactions.
