Qualifications

• Strong nursing skills, leadership ability, and excellent communication.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities, assess patient needs, and work collaboratively.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and insurance required.
• BSN degree preferred (optional).

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient caseload, providing care from admission through visits in various settings.
• Mentor and train new clinicians, offering orientation, coaching, and remedial education.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership and education teams to promote best practices and quality standards.
