Ohio Living is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner responsible for providing preventive medical, palliative, and educational services to promote patient health. Qualified candidates must have a current Ohio license as a Certified Nurse Practitioner, experience in home health or hospice care, and proficiency in medical records. This position will require working flexible hours and maintaining high standards of patient care.

The Nurse Practitioner is responsible for the provision of preventive medical, palliative, and educational services to promote patient health and wellness and uses standard software and the comprehensive clinical‑financial computer system ensuring compliance in accordance with company standards and federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
