Cedar Valley Hospice in Waterloo, IA is seeking a compassionate Hospice LPN to join our not-for-profit organization dedicated to high-quality end-of-life care. You will work with an interdisciplinary team, provide direct nursing care under an RN, and support patients and families with education and comfort.

The role requires an Iowa LPN license, strong communication, and the ability to travel within the service area. Monday–Friday schedule with some on-call and weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• Current Iowa LPN license.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid Iowa driver's license and reliable vehicle.
