Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Music Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current MT-BC credential and successful completion of national exam.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the service area.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide music therapy services to hospice patients and families across care settings.
• Assess patient and family needs and develop individualized therapy plans.
• Utilize music interventions to reduce anxiety and manage symptoms.
