Job summary

DME Express is expanding and seeks drivers/technicians to deliver and pick up medical equipment to Hospice patients. Training is provided, no prior experience required. This full-time role emphasizes safety, patient education, and timely service across a 24/7 operation.

You will drive, assemble, and educate patients on equipment, while maintaining vehicle and warehouse standards and participating in on-call rotations. Competitive compensation based on experience.

Qualifications

• Must have a positive attitude at all times.
• We are a 24/7 operation with rotating on-call schedule.
• Must have a clean driving record and be able to lift up to 75 pounds daily.

Responsibilities

• Determines or obtains best daily route, assembles and delivers equipment and educates patient and family on use.
• Follows DOT and FDA regulations related to Oxygen and DME for the service center.
• Maintains stock levels and cleanliness of warehouse and delivery vehicle; ensures technicians follow standards.
• Provides patient orientation and instructions on equipment use when applicable.
• Completes delivery and pickup through the app promptly and accurately.
• Performs cleaning, disinfecting and minor repair of equipment; conducts daily vehicle maintenance.
