Hospice of Northwest Ohio is seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist to join the Wauseon team as an independent contractor. The role provides direct massage therapy to patients within the Hospice Patient Plan of Care, on a part-time basis at the Wauseon location.

You will collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, consult with Hospice staff on massage plans, document care in patient charts, and participate in quality assurance and in-service training.

Mansioni

• Provide direct massage therapy services to patients per Hospice Patient Plan of Care.
• Participate in interdisciplinary care team meetings to assist in assessment of patient needs.
• Provide consultation with Hospice staff regarding massage therapy plans and staff training.
• Observe and report patient responses to massage therapy to Team Leader or Primary Nurse.
• Document care and services on Hospice progress notes and update care plan as required.
• Participate in Quality Assurance and in-service training programs.”
