Job summary

UnitedHealth Group is seeking a licensed practical nurse for hospice home health services. The role supports patients in their homes, under RN supervision, delivering nursing care, medications, and wound care as needed in varied home settings.

Responsibilities include daily self-care support, reporting patient changes to the physician, and assisting with procedures. Requires active LPN licensure and a valid driver's license; CPR preferred or obtainable within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted LPN licensure in state of practice.
• Current driver's license and vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
• CPR certification preferred or ability to complete within 90 days of hire.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $23.90 to $35.85 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
