Job summary

Qualifications

• Current licensure in Oregon as an LPN and CPR required.
• Must obtain Food Handler’s Permit upon hire.
• Two years of acute or long-term care experience; hospice experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer treatments including respiratory therapy, enteral therapy and phlebotomy.
• Provide medication management, personal care and hygiene, wound care and catheter care.
• Deliver patient and family education.
• Complete electronic clinical documentation within required timelines.
• Work independently with good time management and clear communication.
• Respond to emergencies and perform CPR.
• Follow hospital procedures and narcotic counts.
• Other duties as assigned.
