Job summary

MSA Hospice of the Lowcountry seeks a Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our hospice team in Ridgeland, SC. The LPN will provide skilled nursing care under the direction of a registered nurse and follow the plan of care for hospice patients.

Ideal candidates have an LPN license in SC, with at least one year of clinical experience; hospice experience is strongly preferred. Reliable transportation and company liability insurance are required.

Qualifications

• Licensed practical nurse with state licensure (SC).
• Minimum one year of clinical nursing experience.
• Hospice experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care under supervision of a registered nurse.
• Follow the physician’s plan of care and agency policies.
• Prepare progress notes and communicate with health professionals as needed.
• Participate in on-call rotation as required.
