Jobtailor is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Home Health & Hospice team in Ohio. You will provide compassionate hospice nursing care, work the full-time night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, and support seniors to maintain comfort and dignity at home.

The role requires a current LPN license, graduation from an accredited program, and 1–2 years of experience. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and cover every other weekend as part of a comprehensive
