Qualifications

• MS degree in social work from an accredited school of social work.
• Current state license as a social worker.

Responsabilités

• Perform psychosocial evaluations and ongoing counseling for patients and families.
• Provide bereavement services and community education outreach.
• Support patients and families per the plan of care across physical, emotional, and spiritual dimensions.
