Job summary

UnitedHealth Group in Idaho is seeking an Executive Director to serve as the Administrator of the home health provider, overseeing day-to-day operations and coordinating projects to support company objectives.

The role requires current RN licensure with supervisory experience in home health, plus a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Preferred CPR certification and strong communication and organizational skills, with a salary range of $81,776–$122,664 annually.

Qualifications

  • Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse licensure with 1+ years supervisory or administrative experience in a home healthcare or related field.
  • Current driverds license and vehicle insurance, access to a dependable vehicle, or public transportation.
  • CPR certification or ability to complete within 90 days of hire (preferred).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Good communication, writing, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates and completes assigned projects to support the immediate and long-range objectives of the company.
  • Oversees the eligibility of patients referred to home care services, planning for the services to be provided and supervising their total home health care.
  • Implements and maintains administrative practices, agency philosophy, goals, and policies ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Enhances the profitability of the agency; motivates and retains a qualified staff and assures the quality of services delivered.
  • Acts as a liaison with management staff and other departments throughout the company.

This includes: coordinating and completing assigned projects to effectively support the immediate and long range objectives of the company; oversight of the eligibility of patients referred to home care services, planning for the services to be provided to patients and supervising their total home health care; implementing and maintaining administrative practices, agency philosophy, goals, and policies which assure compliance with applicable state and federal regulations; enhancing the profitability of the agency; and providing motivation and retention of a qualified staff and assure the quality of services delivered. This position also acts as a liaison with management staff and other departments throughout the company.

Primary Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $81,776 to $122,664 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
