Adoration Health is seeking a Community Liaison in Dalton, GA to promote hospice services to healthcare professionals, families, and community partners. You will visit hospitals and clinics, build strong relationships with clinicians, and represent our brand at events to drive awareness of end-of-life care.

You will manage outreach activities in our CRM, educate stakeholders on hospice benefits, and collaborate with the care team to ensure timely patient referrals and high-quality service.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years health care marketing experience.
• Current and valid state driver’s license.
• Proof of auto insurance.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Computer literacy and knowledge of relevant healthcare and administrative software.
