Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency; Board of Nursing approved training and competency evaluation program.
• Current listing with the Division of Facility Services Registry; one year of patient care and record keeping experience.
• Documented proof at least 75 certified education hours.
• Ability to independently organize work and document patient care thoroughly and on time.
• Accept travel and working conditions as assigned.
• CPR certification and effective oral/written communication, following company policies.
• Minimum of 12 hours of continuing education annually.
