Job summary

Suncrest Hospice is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our growing team. This full-time and PRN role provides compassionate care to hospice patients under nursing leadership, supporting comfort, dignity, and individualized care plans.

You will collaborate with nurses, social workers, chaplains, volunteers, and the care leadership team. Must have CNA certification, be willing to travel, maintain reliable transportation, and possess a valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in the state(s) of practice.
• Ability to travel with reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance.
• Compassionate and committed to improving patients’ quality of life.
• Able to work independently and with a care team.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to hospice patients per assessments and individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with the hospice care team to meet patient needs, promote comfort and dignity, and report changes in condition.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, safety guidelines, and infection-control practices.
