Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services is looking for a dedicated Hospice CNA to join Haven Hospice in Gainesville, FL. This role focuses on providing dignity and comfort to patients through personal care, monitoring, and emotional support. Qualifications

• Must meet the training requirements of the state.
• Minimum of six months experience providing personal care.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Possess and maintain current CPR certification.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Help with bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility, and repositioning.
• Observe and report changes in the patient’s condition.
• Assist with ambulation and safe equipment use.
• Help with self-administered medications.
• Offer companionship and comfort to patients and families.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Collaborate with hospice interdisciplinary team.
