CarePartners Health Services, part of HCA Healthcare, seeks a Hospice Clinical Team Manager to oversee clinical team operations, drive quality patient care, and collaborate with peers and leaders to improve outcomes. The CTM will work under the Program Director to ensure efficient clinical practice and service delivery.

Located in western North Carolina, CarePartners Health Services serves Asheville with a full continuum of post-acute care, hospice and rehabilitation services, supported by HCA

Competenze

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required or enroll in BSN and obtain BSN within 4 years of hire; commitment letter or grandfathering accepted between departments.
• Master’s in Nursing preferred.
• Must have and maintain current RN licensure with the North Carolina Board of Nursing; eNLC license may apply; BLS Healthcare Provider.

Job Summary and Qualifications

The Clinical Team Manager is responsible for the operations of the clinical team by providing daily oversight to the clinical, management, quality and business activities. The CTM facilitates the management of clinical practice and patient care delivery through problem-solving and collaboration with peers, under the oversight of the Program Director.

What qualifications you will need:

• Required Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing OR enroll in a BSN or advanced degree program within 6 months AND obtain a BSN within 4 years of hire date into RN position. Previous signed BSN commitment letter OR grandfathering will be accepted between departments and Mission Health entities. Exemptions may be approved with CNO System Council approval.
• Preferred Education: Master’s in Nursing
• Required License/ Certifications: Preferred License/ Certifications: Must have and maintain current licensure as registered nurse with the North Carolina Board of Nursing. eNLC (Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact) license may apply, licensee should confirm with NCBON.BLS Healthcare Provider
• Required Experience: A minimum of 2 years of recent, relevant post-acute or hospital experience with demonstrated leadership skills.
• Preferred Experience: Previous supervisory experience.
