Job summary

The Care Team in Mishawaka, IN is seeking an experienced Hospice Clinical Manager (RN) to lead a compassionate care team and drive clinical excellence in end‑of‑life services. This in‑person role focuses on quality patient outcomes, staff mentorship, and seamless operation of our hospice program.

Join The Care Team as a Clinical Manager and lead a compassionate team dedicated to providing exceptional end‑of‑life care to patients and families. We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse leader to support clinical operations, mentor and guide staff, ensure high‑quality patient care, and help drive excellence across our hospice team.

Schedule & Coverage

• Standard operating hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• In‑person at our Mishawaka, IN office

• Ability to pass a criminal background check

• Current TB testing in accordance with agency policy
• Current CPR certification as required for the role
