MSA Hospice in Augusta, GA is seeking a Clinical Manager to lead hospice clinical operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting the care team to deliver compassionate end-of-life services. This role emphasizes supervision, documentation oversight, and inter-disciplinary coordination.

The ideal candidate holds an Associate’s degree in Nursing with an active GA RN license, plus 1–2 years of hospice supervisory experience and a commitment to patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Nursing is required.
• Current RN license in the state of Georgia is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience (preferred).
• At least 1 year of hospice supervisory experience (required).
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day clinical oversight and supervision of hospice patient care services.
• Ensure all care meets federal and state regulations, accrediting body standards, and company policies.
• Review and approve clinical documentation including Start of Care, Re-certifications, and Discharges.
• Audit patient records for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
• Serve as a liaison between interdisciplinary teams, patients, and families to ensure quality outcomes.
