Job summary

CrownHospice in Tulsa is seeking a Clinical Director who brings strong clinical leadership, hospice heart, and deep commitment to patient-centered care. You will ensure coordinated, high-quality care aligned with hospice philosophy and regulatory standards.

This hands-on leadership role involves mentoring interdisciplinary staff, guiding care plans, leading QAPI initiatives, and supporting hiring and staff development.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN with current Oklahoma licensure.
• Hospice or home care supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong in pain and symptom management.
• Grounded in hospice philosophy - comfort, dignity, autonomy, quality of life.
• Collaborative and interdisciplinary by nature.
• Knowledgeable in grief, anticipatory loss, and end-of-life dynamics.
• A confident communicator who leads with clarity and compassion.

Responsibilities

• Review referrals and assess eligibility in collaboration with the Medical Director.

What You’ll Do:

As Clinical Director, you will ensure patient care is coordinated, delivered appropriately, and aligned with hospice philosophy and regulatory standards.

You will:

• Review referrals and assess eligibility in collaboration with the Medical Director.
