VitalCaring Group in Seminole Hospice Branch seeks a Hospice Clinical Branch Director to lead daily operations, align clinical care with quality standards, and mentor a compassionate team delivering exceptional patient-focused hospice services.

You will oversee financials, ensure regulatory compliance, strengthen community partnerships, and foster a culture of trust, accountability, and continuous improvement across the branch.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• 3+ years of leadership experience in hospice, home health, or healthcare operations.
• Strong understanding of clinical quality, compliance, and regulatory standards.
• Experience leading teams with a focus on engagement, retention, and development.
• Ability to manage operations while keeping patient care at the center of decisions.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
