This role involves providing personal care and light housekeeping services under RN supervision, actively participating in the Hospice Interdisciplinary Team, and traveling throughout the county. The ideal candidate must have a high school diploma or GED, valid NJ Driver's License, and at least one year of direct patient care experience. Competitive pay of up to $20/hour is offered.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid NJ Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Completion of required training program per Medicare Hospice Conditions.
• Must maintain a professional attitude and be able to communicate effectively.
