Job summary

Job Overview

You will participate and work with a team to deliver hands‑on, compassionate, end‑of‑life care while supporting patients, family members, and other community caregivers as they navigate the complexities of their journey.

Stewarding the end‑of‑life process well requires an unwavering clinical skill set balanced by the art of compassion.

We focus on the delivery of the perfect visit every time and ensure that each team member is trained on and consistently exhibits our company’s enhanced visit standard.

Qualifications
  • Graduate from an accredited school of theology or equivalent (M.Div or equivalent theological degree).
  • Experience working with death and dying, individuals/family/caregiver.
  • Ability to work as a member of an interdisciplinary team/group.
  • Comfort in an interfaith setting.
  • Ability to accept different lifestyles, cultures, beliefs, and values.
  • Ability to network with community clergy and congregations.
  • Knowledge of and commitment to hospice philosophy of care.
  • Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state or organization requirements and is in good working order.
  • Hospice experience preferred.
  • Per diem commitment of minimum of two shifts/month.
