Implement and coordinate all activities of the spiritual services program and the delivery of spiritual services to patients and their families. Provide support to the bereavement program with the provision of spiritual support to the patient and their family, secondary to personal desires and belief system, and consistent with Enhabit policies and procedures.

GEORGIA - One unit CPE (clinical pastoral education) from a nationally recognized provider is required.ILLINOIS - One year experience in a clinical or healthcare setting is required.MISSOURI - One unit CPE (clinical pastoral education) from the college of chaplains is required.
