Horizon Home Care and Hospice, Inc. is seeking a Chaplain for a full-time role in Milwaukee, WI.

The Chaplain will provide spiritual care to hospice patients and families, participate in an interdisciplinary team, and support end-of-life counseling. The position is 1st shift, Monday–Friday, with on-call rotation for holidays, evenings, and weekends; travel will be regular and requires a valid WI driver's license and reliable vehicle; a Bachelor's degree and ordination or equivalent credential

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college, university, or divinity school. Master’s Degree preferred.
• Must be ordained, credentialed, or commissioned from a recognized organization such as the American College of Chaplains, comparable certification organization, or recognized religious sect.
• Minimum 3 years of spiritual/pastoral care experience with at least 1 year of supervised experience in a medical, educational, or divinity setting.
• Must obtain at least one unit of Clinical Pastoral Education (ACPE) within six months of employment or equivalency.
• Computer proficiency essential.
• Ideal candidates will possess previous hospice/grief experience.
• This position will travel regularly and requires a reliable vehicle, WI driver's license, and proof of current auto insurance.
