Gentiva Hospice is seeking a compassionate Chaplain to provide non-denominational spiritual and emotional support to patients and families facing end-of-life care. You will work within an interdisciplinary team to ensure dignified, peaceful, and meaningful care.
Responsibilities include conducting visits, administering prayers and rituals per patient wishes, assessing spiritual needs, and developing individualized care plans.
