Advantage Home Health and Hospice in Berks County, PA, is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our hospice care team. The role focuses on compassionate patient care in home settings, providing comfort and support to patients and families during vulnerable moments.

You will deliver empathetic care, assist with daily activities, manage pain and symptoms, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary hospice team.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

Qualifications

About You

• Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• Valid Driver's license and state required Auto Insurance
• A deep sense of empathy and compassion for patients and their families.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Ability to provide physical and emotional comfort to those in need.
• Collaboration skills to work effectively with the hospice care team.
• Understanding of end-of-life care principles (experience in hospice is a plus).
