PruittHealth Hospice Gainesville is seeking a dedicated Hospice Aide/Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team in the Gainesville area. This role supports patients in their homes or care facilities, providing compassionate hospice care under the supervision of nursing staff.

Qualifications
- Active, current, unrestricted Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of practice.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate hospice care to patients in home or facility settings.
- Complete documentation and records in a timely and accurate manner.
- Follow established policies and procedures related to scope of practice in hospice care.
- Maintain continuity of patient care in a hospice setting.
