Job summary

Mission Healthcare is hiring for a Full-Time Home Health Aide in the Greater Riverside/San Bernardino area. You will provide personal care services, assist with activities of daily living, and help maintain patient comfort and hygiene.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with opportunities for career growth within a large home health and hospice network.

Qualifications

• Valid CHHA or CNA certification.
• Self-directing with minimal supervision.
• Current BLS & CPR certification.
• Empathy for the needs of ill, injured and frail.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care including baths, back rubs, oral hygiene, shampoos, changing bed linen.
• Assisting patients with dressing and undressing.
• Skin care to prevent breakdown.
• Assisting with toileting activities.
• Keeping patient living area clean and orderly.
• Assisting with self-administration of medication.
• Adhering to documentation and care procedures and standards.
• Meet position productivity expectations as required by business needs.

Pay range (depending on experience): $22.00-$25.00 hourly

Qualifications

• Valid state Home Health Aide & Nursing Assistant Certifications (CHHA & CNA).
• Self-directing with the ability to work with little direct supervision.
• Empathy for the needs of the ill, injured, frail and the impaired.
• Current BLS & CPR certification.
• Demonstrates tact, patience and good personal hygiene.
• Valid Drivers License and Auto Insurance.
