Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of caregiving or hospice care experience preferred.
• Experience with patients experiencing terminal illness, dementia, or chronic conditions is a plus.
• International applicants with equivalent experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct personal care to hospice patients in their homes.
• Assist patients with daily living activities such as grooming and feeding.
• Monitor changes in patients' conditions and report to nursing staff.
• Offer emotional and psychological support to patients and families.
• Maintain accurate patient records.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification
