Gentiva is seeking a Hospice Care Consultant to educate providers and advocate for patients, building strong referral partnerships across hospitals, home health agencies, SNFs, and physician offices.
This full-time role requires a Bachelor's degree in business/marketing or equivalent, at least 2 years in healthcare sales, and a proven ability to meet admissions targets. You will collaborate with clinical and operational teams to drive quality of life for patients and families.
