Job summary

Gentiva Hospice in Bluffton, SC seeks a Hospice Care Consultant to champion our mission and foster strong referral relationships across hospitals, home health agencies, SNFs, and clinics. You will educate providers to ensure referrals happen at the right time and advocate for patient-centered hospice care.

As a brand ambassador, you will collaborate with clinical and operations teams, drive marketing initiatives, and represent Gentiva at community events to promote hospice options and timely

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years in healthcare sales, business development, or referral marketing.
• Strong existing relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities or home health professionals.
• Prior experience in hospice, palliative care, or home health is a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
• Sensitivity to the needs of terminally ill patients and their families.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding admissions and census targets.
