Qualifications

• CNA license in the state you are applying to.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home CNA care to patients.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, mobility).
• Support medication reminders and basic health monitoring.
• Document patient status and coordinate with the care team.
