Compassus is seeking a Hospice Aide to provide compassionate at-home care to patients, supporting physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. You will join a caring hospice team dedicated to dignity and comfort in the patient’s home setting.

Certified Nursing Assistant is highly preferred, with CPR certification required and state licensure criteria followed. Join a family-focused culture offering strong benefits and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Licensed or certified aide status per state requirements where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide comfort care to patients enabling them to remain at home with their loved ones.
• Work as a member of the hospice team to meet each patient’s physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
• Help patients approach their final days with joy, peace, and dignity.
