St. Croix Hospice is seeking a dedicated Hospice Aide (CNA) to provide compassionate, hands-on care to patients in their homes in Newburgh, IN. You will work under a Registered Nurse, ensuring comfort, dignity, and quality of life at the end of life.

The role requires current CNA certification in Indiana, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel 100% of the day to patient homes. The schedule runs 8:00am to 5:00pm with rotational weekends.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in the state of practice.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and auto insurance.
• Provide personal care including bathing, skin/nail care, oral hygiene, dressing/undressing.
• Record vital signs and report observations to the care team.
• Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding as needed.
• Promote patient comfort, dignity, and safety.
• Travel to patient homes throughout the day and provide care as scheduled.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided.

As a Hospice Aide (CNA), you’ll be an essential part of our interdisciplinary care team, delivering compassionate, hands‑on care to patients in their homes. Working under the direction of a Registered Nurse, you’ll support patients with personal care and daily living activities, helping ensure comfort, dignity, and the highest possible quality of life at the end of life.
