Job summary

Clementine Home Care is seeking a Hospice Aide to provide compassionate in-home care across multiple client sites in the area. You will support activities of daily living, monitor comfort, and report changes to supervisors, while maintaining dignity and respect for clients.

The role offers full- or part-time schedules, mileage reimbursement, paid time off, holiday incentive pay, and a supportive team culture designed to treat staff like family.

Qualifications

• Nursing assistant course completed and certification maintained.
• CPR certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior home care experience with acceptable references preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills expected.
• Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work shifts with flexible start/stop times.
• Travel to 5–6 locations per day to care for clients.
• Genuinely connect with clients and provide compassionate care.

Clementine Home Care is looking for a Hospice Aide to work in the various areas covered by Clementine Home Care.

What You Will Do:

• Work shifts (flexible on start and stop times)
• Willing to travel to 5 or 6 different locations per day
• Genuinely connect with the client

We Offer:

• Competitive wages- $19 - 20 / hour(pay will be scaled based on verifiable experience level).
• Mileage compensation (currently 67 cents per mile) between cases

Requirements:

• Successful completion of a nursing assistant course or the equivalent and maintenance of certification
• CPR certification
• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Previous home care experience with acceptable references preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Prolonged periods of standing and walking
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times
