Job summary

VitalCaring is seeking a Hospice Aide/CNA to provide compassionate in-home care, ensuring comfort, dignity, and peace for patients and families in Oklahoma. You will work closely with RNs, social workers, and chaplains to deliver hands-on support in patients' homes.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, mobility, skin care, light housekeeping, documenting care, and communicating changes to the care team.

Qualifications

• Completion of state-required Hospice Aide/CNA training (CNA certification if required by state).
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to follow care plans, document clearly, and communicate effectively.
• Comfort working with end-of-life patients and families.
• Strong empathy, compassion, and emotional intelligence.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between patient homes.
• A true patient-first mindset with respect for dignity and quality of life.

• Support comfort through repositioning, mobility assistance, and skin integrity care.
• Provide light housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.

• Assist with vital signs and basic care tasks as directed.
• Communicate with compassion and professionalism across patients, families, and team members.
